Activities:
Preparation of proposals on tourism legal framework; Organization of interaction with Ministry of Inner Affairs to deter criminal attacks against foreign tourists, including those from China, and to prevent entry, stay and departure violations by foreigners; Development of tourism market participants’ activities standards in situations requiring legal assistance and their implementation among Association’s members and participants: - Recommendations for tour operators; - Recommendations for carriers; - Recommendations for hotels; - Recommendations for guides-interpreters; Tour operator activities order in case of getting exit visa for tourist; Development and promotion of business etiquette (aimed at compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Russian Federation legislation controlling sphere of services, including the field of tourism) for market participants. Activities are based on the 114-FZ of 15.08.1996 "On the Procedure of Exit out of the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation."
