The General Meeting of the Association members

The General Meeting of members is the supreme body of the Association, which is convened by the Board of the Association not less than once every 4 years.

Association Council

The Association Council is a permanent collegial executive body of the Association that manages the Association inbetween General Meetings. Members and Chairman of the Board shall be elected by the General Meeting of members for 4 years.

Tikhomirov Alexei, Ropotova Larisa, Ilyin Evgeniy, Chen Zhigang, Tsurcan Yury

The Executive Director of the Association

The sole executive body of the Association is the Executive Director, elected by the General Meeting of the Association for 4 years. The Executive Director is under the General Meeting of members.

The Audit Commission of the Association

The Audit Commission of the Association is the auditing body of the Association. Members and Chairman of the Audit Committee are elected by the General Meeting of the Association for 4 years. The quantitative composition is determined by the General Meeting of members.
